MFP Start: 246 CW: 219 Challenge GW: 204 UGW: 150 Hopefully this weight will melt off (wishful thinking lol) I have upped my cardio to 1hr 6days a week and strength 45 min to 2days a week. I hope this will help keep me on track! Good Luck everyone!

Well I did good! I lost all the water weight early on last week. Then I lost another 2 pounds for last week. 13 down 7 more to go for this challenge!

Ughh the daily struggles (or should I say the weekly). I was bad last week hardly no exercising and we went out for japanese saturday night. I didn't Lose a thing but gained 5 pounds (hoping most was water weight). So back up to 230 :'(.

Yes I weigh my food! I have been for sometime now. I have been at this for 60 days but only been working with a trainer for a month. Before that I was just watching what I ate and didn't work out. I get around 10000 steps (usually right at). The only problem I have noticed is that when I eat closer to the 1800 mark I don't tend to lose anything like I do at like a 1300 calorie week (Yes I know cico). I just feel that if I eat all my calories back from exercising that it does not seem to do me good. Yes my fibit does…

My birthday is in July. I am looking forward to getting rid of 30 pounds. (Down 16, 14 left). I don't eat well everyday, but push myself hard at the gym (trying to run a 5k with C25k). Good Luck everyone!

Tonight was grilled chicken ( seasond with garlic, basil, and rosemary) salad with almonds and mandRin oranges, and a sweet potato.

I was down 2 pounds this week! So far to date 5 pounds down ,15 more before July 4th.

For 2 weeks I was a slave to the scale! ! No weight loss at all. This week ( I weigh in on Friday) I'm down 3 pounds!!! But I did notice that I went down one shirt size though. My pants still fit the same though.

It has been a long day! I made it to the gym Finally. I haven't been since Saturday morning! I have been really busy. I can't wait for my normal weigh in Friday morning. ( I did a sneak peak in Monday to put it in the spreadsheet this week).

Its been a long day here! I'm ready to crawl into bed and fall out. I had to take our into the shop to have 3 recalls fixed. I was only aware of 1, they found 2 more. Also worked in the garden most of the day. I am a little confused as to why my fitbit is telling me I have used a lot more calories today than normally.…

We had chicken pesto again, we like it alot! (4oz chicken breast, 1Tbsp pesto, 2 slices tomato, 1/8c mozz cheese, 1tsp of parm cheese bake 350 for 45min.) With green beans and corn. All for 355 calories.

I walked almost 5 miles ( not all at one time, but most of it was at once).
