  • I have the vivosmart and it is a great bit of kit. Easy to use, very accurate for steps and I can get notifications from my phone on it too Only downside I've seen so far is that the distance it tracks when I run is further than I know the actual distance was. Which messes up my calories burned stats on running days.
  • Once a week. Daily I find can be de motivating. I look forward to the weigh in once a week and so far the numbers have always been going down.
