Egg in a hole with a squirt of sriracha is my favorite. Also kashi blueberry frozen waffles with maple syrup and chicken sausage links.

I like it both ways! My mom always used cottage cheese, so I am used to it. I use ricotta unless I'm feeling cheap. Never had a complaint from my hubby. Save the trip...

Tofu and vegetable stir fry with rice, Spinach pie.

This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs topped with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeño s and a little Monterey Jack, a slice of whole wheat toast with butter and a hot tea. It was awesomely delicious and I didn't feel hungry for over 5 hours!

Pretty much every day!

I love anything with melted cheese! I had nachos during the super bowl last night, all day i've been budgeting my calories so I can fit in another plate of them tonight! I'm going to be a little bit over but I'm going for it anyway!

I wish I hadn't just read your post... I do this too sometimes but have been considering it to be a sort of fun day to not worry about having an extra treat. Now I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't :( I don't way overeat to the point of being sick and I still log it. I'm going to follow this to see what others have to say on…

Good point! You can get the nutrition info right off the package of roast beef but it doesn't take into account that one slice may be a lot leaner or fattier than any other slice etc. Do the best you can as often as you can, hope that you overestimate roughly as often as you underestimate.

Ask the restaurants you visit for nutrition information. More often than not they can at least tell you how many ounces of meat are in your sandwich. Choose the simplest menu items. For example- a turkey and swiss on rye will be much easier to match accurately than an elaborate muffaletta sandwich with 15 or more…

I am going to have nachos. I'll use lots of black beans, salsa and chopped fresh tomatoes, onions and jalapeno with a little cheese and a reasonable serving of a whole grain baked chip. I think it's gonna be awesome and fit into my day pretty well.

We don't hunt but have many friends who do. They have given us deer, elk and moose steaks and roasts many times. They are delicious! It does tend to be lean but if you cook it right it's so tasty and good for you!

Try adding more veg and reducing the amount of packaged foods. You may be high in sodium and holding on to a lot of water.

I abstained from alcohol the whole month of January, I indulged too much over the holidays and wanted to get back on a healthy path. I really didn't miss it that much, barely thought about it at all after the first week.

Yogurt and muffin streusel ideas are winners! Add them to homemade granola or granola bar recipes. Spread a little nut butter on apple slices and sprinkle the shreds on top.

It's a citrus fruit, like an orange but smaller with a different flavor.

I like them wedged, roasted and dipped in Sriracha.

Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and maple syrup, hot tea.

.
I can relate to this. People often tell me how I am so lucky. I have a great saying for this " I know it's crazy isn't it? The harder I work the luckier I get"
Love this, Definitely going to use it!

Peanut butter or whole nuts, full fat dressing on your salads, some cheese!

I'm sick too. Thinking of trying to have an English muffin and some apple juice in a bit.

Dipr spoon.... How have I lived this long without owning one of these!

My grandmother had one of these cruets but she only ever made vinaigrette in it. I'm 34 and don't remember a time when we didn't have bottled ranch.

I like the No-Nonsense ones. They are soft and comfy, not see through and hold their shape well. Also cheap, I got them at the pharmacy near the pantyhose for 15 bucks, 2nd pair for half price. I have some from Kohls that fit well and look nice but they make me sweaty, the material is thicker and not as breathable. I think…

I really want to try the lemon but I know nobody else in my house will touch them so I will be obligated to eat them all.
-
Haha! That'll do it!
-
The original if you dunk them in milk, the double-stuff otherwise.

Haha, no! She said she had "some clothes that didn't fit and did I want them?" So I said "sure, wanna trade?". We've both been up and down in sizes a few times over the years. :)

When I moved to maintenance, I kept MFP calorie goals the same. I ate 3 meals just like before but added in more snacks. I still log everything. I lost 50 lbs and have been maintaining for about 3 months.

Last time I went I thought the eggplant dish might be a good choice... It came out wrapped in balls of dough and deep fried! Easily the biggest calorie bomb on our table of five. It was really good so I ate it anyway and took a long walk after.

I like to have a regular coffee and add half a packet of hot cocoa mix and some skim milk. Pretty low cal, cheap and delicious!
