I started a 16:8 intermittent fasting cycle a few days ago so I'm eating all my calories between 11 am and 7 pm. Here's what I had today: Bento style lunch with sausage, cantaloupe, Muenster cheese, crackers and a mini strawberry donut. Carb balance tortilla with smoked chicken, peppers and onions and a side of ripe…

A piece of advice that has helped me - always eat as though you are hosting a dear friend of an older generation: a balanced meal served properly on a plate, eaten slowly, while seated at a table. No standing at the fridge snacking, no fast food in the car, plate your food neatly so it looks appealing.

I have been maintaining my 60lb loss for almost 2 years now and i still feel obsessed with it sometimes. Like others said above, prelogging really helps by taking away all the tough decisions. I think you have to obsess a little bit in order to be successful. For me, it was lack of forethought and a careless attitude that…

Put frozen peaches in the blender with a little honey and orange juice, blend the heck out of it. Depending on how good your blender is and how much juice you used, you can drink this like a shake or eat with a spoon. So good!
