I have been maintaining for almost 3 months. I never changed my calorie goals in mfp, just resumed the mindless bites and occasional snacks. I was losing over a lb a week before so I guess I am eating approx. 3500 calories this way every week now!

Fresh raspberries with dark chocolate chips stuffed inside. Tastes sooo good and you can have a ton of them for very few calories. White chocolate chips are good this way too!

Good Food Made Simple Macaroni and cheese bowls are my favorite. Approx. 400 calories and delicious! Their burritos are yummy too!

I try to always make my protein goal and let the fat and carbs fall where they may. Before I have a snack in the evening I check my macros on mfp. If I still need protein, I eat some.

That looks yummy! One of my favorite restaurants serves a salad with roasted Brussels, dried cranberries, toasted pine nuts and blue cheese crumbles. It is sooo good!

Cucumber salad is great, I have made it like the poster above but also sometimes with sour cream. It's good in green salads, tuna and egg salad sandwiches, and chicken soup too.
