I've heard bad about dairy! I've been somewhat dairy free for a while and it's resolved a little bit of stomach issues to be honest. Maybe I'll get back onto the cottage cheese train. I used to eat it a lot

No meat at all. It makes me feel sick. And quest bars are so good but they get so pricey after you get a few

I go through a big thing of Greek yogurt in a few days and I eat eggs with most everything. Beans I eat in moderation and I love nut butters of any kind so I'm already doing that :/
