Try to do something you enjoy, when I get a craving I stuff something healthy in my mouth before I can think about it, try to keep healthy snacks on hand to make it easier. I also have about ten pounds to lose by June, I will turn sixty, I have lost about fourteen since getting back on mfp. Good Luck!

I have a hard time with the alcohol too, I do pretty good withy food calories and drink a lot of water and exercise!
