I really need to lose 10 pounds by summer! Any tips for working out/keeping off weight. Also tips for controlling myself around unhealthy foods would be greatly appreciated

Try to do something you enjoy, when I get a craving I stuff something healthy in my mouth before I can think about it, try to keep healthy snacks on hand to make it easier. I also have about ten pounds to lose by June, I will turn sixty, I have lost about fourteen since getting back on mfp. Good Luck!0
