Pie irons! They're like a cast iron double sided basket on a stick. You can make any kind of grilled cheese, panini, chicken, burgers, eggs, anything. Because it's cast iron, there is minimal cleanup.

I generally don't eat in the morning before a workout either. If I know I need to eat something, I try half of a larabar or half of a banana. It's not much but it's enough.
