  • Had both. PF all day everyday. YMCA had way to many kids and young teens everywhere on everything. Although I've noticed a good bit of PF bashing on MFP, I think it's fine to get a good start into lifting or fitness in general.
  • Thank you for the tips. I'm going to switch my cardio April 1st, maybe I will try eating back half my workout calories. I will also truthfully try not to let the scale run my fitness life.
  • Run, run, run + Pull ups and upper body. Ran it 2 years ago. I wish I would have had my running endurance up a little more. Good Luck. Crossing that finish line feels awesome!!!
  • I use the ARC machine. I have only been going for three weeks but have seen some positive results. I go for 30 min on the weight loss program and burn around 300-400. I'm not sure how accurate it is but the MFP exercise estimate is close to the same calorie amount. Keep at it and good luck.
