Tried chia seeds with flax seeds for the first time in a smoothie. Thought it would be gross but they are actually kind of nutty tasting... not as terrible as I thought lol.

I use a treadmill sometimes, do tae bo on youtube, when the weather is not horribly cold go hiking or walking. I guess I also do stretches and toning exercises. Feel free to add me if you want. I am in lovely PA as well :)
