I dont have a list per say but I do have a few ideas that work for me chicken salad fruit & string cheese cottage cheese and cherries my fav protein bars turkey slices on a wrap salads in tupperware

I had lost 6lbs from sept to thanksgving. then from there I gained all 6 back plus 7 more :( then I found mfp and have lost 12 lbs since the end of feb!

Also greek yogurt is great protein at 20grams per serving Cheese sticks Ham and or turkey slices. I like organic protein shakes I make with almond milk.

I excercise 6 days a week. I use dvds and workout for a minimum of 45 minutes per day.

thanks Im sure im going to need help at some point! I did the first 15 min and thought wow this is simple. then I turned around on my path to do the second half and the wind was in my face and some hills and suddenly it wasnt so simple ;)

5'3 sw 159 cw 146 gw 133 but my dream goal Id be 120 :wink: just dont think its realistic for me to maintain. you are probably at a very healthy weight OP thats why its so hard to lose at this point

yup. same here. I have lost 12 lbs and just today I looked in the mirror and thought maybe my clothes arent as tight as they used to be. Im working out 6 days a week for an hr + and using weights I thought after a few lbs Ide see this huge difference . For me, i think it might be good for my mind to not see such a huge…

Hi...I started c25k today and was happy that I completed it. I have been walking at a very brisk pace for two months now and felt I was ready to begin jogging. I have always wanted to be a runner but thought it just wasnt possible. I am excited to see my progress

I make smoothies and freeze them then just pull out a bag earlier and me it thaw out. I eat alot of eggs. Also u can invest in cheap protein powder and make shakes? I know some protein bars that taste like candy are only 1.00 a bar or less if you buy in bulk and habe lots of protein in them. greek yogurt is good also

Walking is great! Alot of people love jillian Michaels dvds esp the 30 day shred. I enjoy the firm because theres alot of squats lunges and weights used for toning. To me, as long as my heart rate is up and im sweating I feel good and enjoy it my mission is complete. Find what you love and go for it.

I usually eat back half sometimes almost all using my hrm I feel that I.am successful doing this losing 11 lbs since beginning of march. Some days if I burn over 400 cals my calories net would only be about 850 for the day which is way too little to feed my body I only get 1360 a day to lose 1 lb a week.

Yes. Weight can fluctuate within five pounds. Try and weigh yourself the same time with close to the same clothes to be more accurate. For me I weigh myself in the morning almost first thing Depending on my workout the night before sometimes I can weigh a few lbs more than normal. Also watch your sodium intake.

I actually use leslie sansone walking dvds. I dont walk much outdoors since I can only workout late at night when my children are asleep I mainly use a 4 mile one about 5 days a week. this week my favorite filling meal is 1 egg and 2 whites with mushrooms and spinach in an omelet and half a slice of swiss cheese. Its very yummy and keeps me full for hours

I love the firm. The older one with the squarestep. Its 5 dvds with lots of cardio mixed with strength trAining AND MOVES SIMLIAR TO SHRED but not as intesnse if that makes sense

I enjoy cardio. I only do dvds or take long walks so depending on my energy level I do sometimes close to an hour or hour an a half. I use a HRM so I enjoy seeing the cals burned when Im done :blush: weird I know

I love perfect fit 70 cals 15 grams protein. Organic and with almond milk and ice its only 105 cals for a very filling treat

I do. I actually use perfect fit protein and low calorie almond milk lots of ice. I then freeze it and eat it like ice cream almost every night. Its only 130 cals for a huge cup
