  • I have the same issue and I can't figure out why? My treadmill will say I did 4 miles while my fit gear says 2 miles at 4.0 for an hour of walking . I keep my arms swinging when walking so I don't know why it doesn't count more accurately sorry I can't be more helpful but maybe someone will know more.

  • Thanks for your replies. Yes i actually eat a protein bar right after my jog/run... 15-20 grams always. Today it didnt cut it lol... I actually hit my protein goal pretty early today. I am loving the c25k so im going to have to figure something out....

  • Wow congrats on this!!!! So for those who are finishing up the c25k or have completed it, how many miles do u end up running if you track them? I am only on week 2 and tried to track how far I went. I only went 1.75 miles. I am ok with it but is that a normal distance?
