I have been doing the firm and mixing it with walking. I always rent fitness dvds from the library first then if I like it I will buy it either on amazon or ebay whichever is cheapest. Also on YouTube check out tone it up. They have a channel with tons of tough good workouts for FREE

What I am learning is to decide if its true hunger or craving / boredom . If I am truly hungry I eat a healthy snack such as Low calorie yogurt Fruit Cottage cheese Protein shake All of these can be 100 calories or less which is far better than end up binging if you become too hungry

I picked today (tueday )for my weigh in day since today was day 7 on MFP. I was thrilled to see my scale down 3.2 lbs !!! Dare I say that watching and adding calories on here is kind of fun? I upped my calories to 1300 since I was at 1200 but when I workout I dont usually eat what I burn. Hoping I made a good choice. I…

I have pcos. I only learned I have it when I stsrted to try to have a family. For me, low carb worked the best. It seemed to help me be regular and lose weight. Good luck hth

Snorklr I was actually coming here to ask the same question lol. I was a weight watcher on an. off for several years. Its in my head to weigh myself each week however when I dont lose and i work so hard mentally Ive been known to "check out" of sticking to watching what I eat. Any recs for the scale? I do the firm every other day. If the dvd is say 40 min and its one of the strength and cardio mix ones I add twenty minutes weight training and twenty min of cardio. Hth you

Im 5'3. I was always on thin side 105. until I had my children.after my first two I stayed around 140...but wasn't happy. After baby #3, I lost alot of weight and ended up around 130. I have since gained alot of weight and am now at 156 looking to be 135. That seems very realistic at 40 to maintain.

July 4 is about 17 weeks away... so if we lose 1.5 a week that will put us all at 25lbs or so!!!
