Best thing I ever did was buy leslie sansones walk off the pounds dvds . Slow going and you actually walk miles in your living room. A huge game changer in my journey to help myself

For a snack I ♡♡pumpkin from a can I usually eat one serving which is 40 calories and add pumpkin pie spices and some cinnamon if I have ff plain or vanilla yogurt I sometimes whip a few tbsp in it for some protein. Yes yes yes!!!!!! Dont beat yourself up. I think many of us have an all or nothing mind set and we shouldn't . I am just learning now that eating everything In moderation is ok.

I agree... for me, I enjoy a protein shake mid day the sweetness and low calories keep me accountable and sometimes I freeze them to make my "ice cream" Anyways I like perfect fit protein from the tone it up girls. I've had vanilla.and chocolate and I love vanilla

Rainbow cookies and Canolis with the chocolate shell. I used to get them two times a week at a bakery across from my daughters dance studio. Never got old I just gained alot of weight lol. Now I get coffee........

Dvds are great and u can get them for free at the library..try what u like then u could.always either buy on ebay or amazon for nearly nothing. Alao youtube is great.

I have been using them as my cushion. It works great on days that I am extra hungry especially at night. Today is day ten for me for logging my food and its felt more like a game than a diet or weigh loss site lol
