To the OP, don't get discourage by the scale. It's only one way of measuring data. See how your clothes fit. (I regret buying dresses in a larger size from last season) IMO, compliments is more encouraging than the scale. Keep up the good work and good luck with your lifts!

1 lb of muscle=1lb of fat =1lb of feathers = 1 lb of jelly beans =1 lb dumbell People get this mixed all the time. 1 lb of muscle is smaller in volume than 1 lb of fat so therefore yes, 1lb of muscle is DENSER (aka smaller) than 1 lb of fat. That is why people may weigh the same yet look different in size.

Check your multi vitamin to be sure. Mine does not take care of Potassium (surprising, I know), B-12, zinc, magnesium, etc. For me, macros are important. I like to track those even if I don't always hit my protein goal.

No I haven't tried alternating grip yet. I see people do it all the time and I haven't researched which hand faces away and which hand faces towards you. If you're right hand-dominant, does the right hand face away from you? My next deadlift training is this Friday.

Kickboxing, HIIT workouts, Insanity. <-- That's what I do You could try smaller time duration of jump rope, HIIT moves, jumping jacks, etc, depending your time constraints p.s: I also despise running. I might do the elliptical but only if the gym is showing Food Network (ironic no?)
