I'm def at a good weight, but I'm not paying attention to the scale. Just paying attention to the mirror and my stomach doesn't seem to be budging. I'll keep trying to lift heavy and do HIIT, I know I'm so early in and 2 months really isn't anything!

Again, I'm trying to lose the fat in my stomach and love handles and gain muscle mass. The workouts I do effect me, I get out of breath and it is challenging so there is no "workout plateau" yet. I do HIIT and muscle training.

sigh. I never said I don't love myself. I'm saying I'm frustrated that I haven't lost anything, hence showing my before and after pictures... I don't see how that's fishing for compliments.

Like I'll eat healthy 4-5 times a week and have cheats throughout the day (small ones) 2-3 times a week

I guess there's something I was doing wrong because after 8 weeks it should be significant amount. I try to get my heartbeat racing as much as I can. I definitely do train hard as I work with a trainer twice a week. I've eaten well too, maybe 1500 is too much. But I get so hungry I don't know what to do! I'm going to miami…

Just answered up top. And also sometimes I cant log because I eat out or my mom makes food. I try to estimate but it's very hard.

Sorry. I started 8 weeks ago, I used to eat horribly. But now I have about 1300-1600 calories a day. fitness pal tells me to eat 1310 calories a day which I do probably 4 out of 7 times a week and other days I eat about 1500-1600. Maybe more if I cant resist food. I'll eat oatmeal, eggs, whole wheat toast, peanutbutter,…
