Any good ideas for meatless proteins with low carb? I like meat but I just don't like a lot of it. A previous low carb diet I was on was tons of meat and I couldn't stand it. I try to get protein in with beans but they have higher carbs. Ideas? Thanks!

I'll cut up my fav veggie (cucumbers) into small pieces so I munch on it like a late night snack. Helps because it's crunchy lol. Tonight the Girl Scout cookies that my hubby had to buy got the best of me :(.

Great ideas thank you :)! I've been walking but when it's time to go back to work I won't have the time to do it as often. I'll just have to keep pressing play! It does take a while to make a habit. Just so hard when I've never been someone who liked working out!

Awesome! Thank you for some ideas! I will look into these. I have done Jillian michaels 30 day and loved how she incorporated weights. She even has a dvd that is more focused on weights. I'm doing t25 now but thinking about incorporating her weight video somewhere

I only had a few, but felt so guilty because I am trying to keep my carbs and fat low. So I was seeing if there were some alternatives for kicking that craving :)

Anything that will help kick the cravings at the end of the night! Hopefully I'll be able to find a low carb low fat item. May be wishful thinking when it comes to chocolate ;)

I also noticed the calculation isn't great. It told me I'd loose something like 5 pounds in 5 weeks when I lost 5 the first week. I also work out every day which doesn't calculate into it. I haven't figured out how to set that up yet
