30 day shred and food
what have you eaten while doing 30 day shred? I believe it comes with a diet plan but I'm bad at those and want to learn to eat healthy in the long run, so I stick to my calorie amount and record it. Anyone else do that?

At home strength training
I do all my work outs at home when time allows around the kids. I would like to begin a strength training program as well. I have hand weights. I looked at the 5x5 program and though this looks fantastic I don't have the bench needed. Can anyone recommend something I can do from home? Thank you!

how do you figure out what percentage of each you should set your goals to for best results? I am 182lb and 5'7 after just having baby. Wanting to loose the baby weight and get down to 140 ultimately. Currently I have my settings at 1200 calories/day , t25 work out per day. Thanks!!!
