What can I do?

I am 5'7 and now at 167. I have been slowly loosing weight since having my little one in January. After having him I was 188. Making good progress, but wondering what I can do to target my lower tummy area? I carried him very low and it's the biggest thing that effects pants :(. Let me know if you've done anything to target it! I am currently 39" around that area :(
