my name is Melanie and I just downloaded this app last week. I can say I'm in love with it! And the support and help available in the community is great!! I had a baby about 6 weeks ago. In the pregnancy I gained almost 50 pounds!!!! Last week I just couldn't take it anymore with no energy and still wearing all my maternity clothes. So, I've began the T25 work out program. I don't like the foods they recommend so I decided I'd do this app instead and teach myself to eat for life at the proportions rather then starve for a month. My goal is to enter a healthy life style that makes me feel good and energetic while loosing weight. I am 5'6 and 182lb. My goal is 130-140 eventually but I would be so happy to see myself back at 155! Can't wait to begin feeling the results!
