Ok I'm awake and technically its Tuesday here, so . . . I've lost 2.6 pounds. Some of it is probably water weight, since I fell out of routine earlier last week, then got back in on Thursday and plan to keep on with routine. Still, its nice to see. I'll weigh again this Thursday.

I love Walmart's Great Value low fat, no added sugar 110 calorie ice cream sandwiches. Not sure they're for everyone, bur I tried them recently and I love them. The thing that makes me angriest is the ice cream sandwiches I bought today. They were advertised as low fat and no sugar,added, though my main concern wasn't fat or sugar but calories, which were advertised as 110. This scale says they're 175.

I put myself on a month long junk food ban, and have been doing it for ten days, but broke it yesterday. I'm back on track today. I don't consider white bread to be junk food, though, so I probably wouldn't be able to stick with that.

Why would you be doing logging on thanksgiving? It's painful and no way to celebrate, and all work facilities, including lumbering companies, should be closed.

Hugs every1 . . . sorry. I explained earlier, but I dont log all my stuff. On the days I do log, I do log all of my food except dinner. I find it hard to log dinner because it's not prepared by me, so I'm not sure of the calories. Thanks for your nutritional advice and sorry for causing alarm :(
