I'm not sure how I did on Halloween. I dont actually celebrate it, but I had a full sized Snickers because I wanted one, and some of the candy my aunt brought home - a Smarties, two Airheads. I had a banana for breakfast, part of a soda, a pb and j sandwich in noon, and then I had a piece of fried fish, rice and cabbage…

Actually, I'm not even sure I'm back on the ball with my calories. Ive been trying to be, but it has been hard to accurately calculate stuff Ive been eating like meat. Still, I've dropped 2 pounds rapidly. Does eating less cause you to drop water weight after days of eating junk?

Because my limits for sugar and fat on MFP are low and I want to try to keep within them as much as possible and stay within my calorie limits.

I dont know whether green tea is good for weight, but it helps fill me up and has helped with my sore throat.
