Ha Protein does not eat up fat. If you eat too much of any of the macro nutrients above what your body needs then you will store it. Plus too much protein is hard on kidneys especially if you aren't drinking enough water.

ha I cant imagine a rye bread pizza but I wont knock it til I try it...or not try it ever. I say just get thin crust with tons of veggies adn light cheese and keep itt to a slice or two. or have a cheat day and eat the whole thing

Im suppose to be taking it but have been inconsistent. I know so bad. I did pretty good for a few weeks but my bottle spilled while on vacation so waiting for the new pills to come in the mail from the VA. Are you having difficulty losing weight? I would think it would help but not sure it does for everyone.

I always order thin crust. I like less bread anyway on my pizza. This is not a pizza per say but if you want to get a quick fix this is what Ive done. Take a wasaq cracker and add sauce and cheese to it then microwave.

No I quit taking it and it took a good month I think to stop having withdrawl. i.e.vertigo. I really think it caused the weight gain by increasing my appetite but yea it wouldnt have been as much if i worked out etc. Idk I was also foggy brained and kept screwing up at work. It did work when I needed it though.

Speaking of alcohol and drinking...I have been drinking gin and tonic for the last few months thinking tonic water didnt have calories(per my bf lol) until I went on a plane and ordered one then read the label that it is pretty close to regular soda! I was so mad but it made sense why I felt like I was gaining weight lol.…

If I were you I would try and focus on how your clothes are fitting or taking measurement instead of the scale.

I would cut back like everyone said. Just be conscious of when you are good and try to drink slower. I can easily down a bottle pretty quick of good wine(not sweet wine) but I think its like 900-1000 per bottle. Not only that your liver is fight the toxins instead of burning fat. Thanks! Yea it is hard to recognize. I also realized that I overeat which is obvious bc of the weight but just acknowledging that you really aren't hungry anymore and that its ok to stop eating is huge.

Hey i went to if it fits in your macros website and calculated it out. My recommended on here was around the same as yours. Too low. Now it might be too high but Ill just. I would rather it be high then low because you cant go down once you are down low already. Mine is at like 1400 now I think. I just started so not sure…

Please add me. I just started...again. I need to lose at least 20 by summer!! Im in Akron Ohio if anyone is near there. I could use a workout partner. I dont have a gym yet just using the apartment complex gym that has a few treadmills, db's and a cable machine. Thinking about Xtreme Fitness if anyone works out there.

Im 5'1-5'2 and am 170 with an ultimate goal of 125 with muscle. I was around 125 a few years ago then all this weight just piled on. I think it was my anxiety medicine coupled with a move from working at a gym to having a desk job,. Then I got half my thyroid taken out so I think that is adding some difficulty.
