Ive heard of very low calorie diets and there were studies supporting it but I cant remember the details other than there is a whole community that follows this for longevity of life. Im going to look it up and see hat I can find. I think we looked into it during my undergrad.

Does anyone know if you dont have tonsillitis issues then would the pain be less since the pain is due to scar tissue well having to go so deep bc of scar tissue i should say?

yea idk if they are affecting my breathing but I always have to gargle with salt water otherwise I think my breath smells.

More risky how? The only thing besides the pain that I would be concerned about is bleeding. Im not worried about getting put under.

Im 170 and at my heaviest and 5'2 I was never super tiny though. In highschool I weighed 136 but didnt have as much muscle and wore the same size I wear now which is strange now that ive written it. I was 146 for awhile then somehow gained all the extra weight. So hard to take it off.I wear a 10-12 now ick.

If you ask someone what they take they will tell you they are natural. That is my experience in the figure world(when I did figure shows) I had the least amount of muscle than almost all of the other competitors and some were unrealistically muscular for a women in my opinion. hahaha! Im going to continue to consume alcohol and count it as long as Im losing weight once I plateau then Ill cut it out for awhile. Im just starting out though so we shall see when that needs to happen

ah ok. just wondering but year it seems like most of the comments suggest that you will notice once more weight is gone. I know for me 5-10 lbs doesnt make a difference with size except for the size im in fits better.

Thats bitter sweet! Just dont over consume bc its too loose. Sometimes Ill wear clothes that are a little too tight just to remind me not to over eat lol. stuffed sausage mode haha

Also when I was getting ready for my figure shows a few years ago I basically was allowed onions(i sauteed them) and garlic I think for free foods. I didnt count them and lost weight still of course I was probably eating like 700-800 calories so not saying it was healthy by any means.

Well Lets see MFP suggested I eat 900 calories. I calculated out my macros on iifiym's website and readjusted. My carb recommendation from that site is pretty high like 200 which I dont really ever reach unless I decided to have a beer or something like that.

I really just dont want to be too obsessive. I mean have you ever heard of someone gaining weight from too much brocccoli...or brussel sprouts. With all the fiber in them It is probably really hard to over eat anything else. I do count the salad dressing etc. Right now I just had vinegar on them and an avocado so obviously…

Yea I guess I just wondered if it really mattered. I just ate a plate full of green peppers,tomatoes, and some pickles I figure its like 100 calories if that . Im just starting so Im not exactly sure on where my calories need to be for loss and just focusing on eating that instead of something unhealthy is my main goal.
