I buy the Walmart (Great Value) and they are 1 cup=70 calories. I does take a bit of time for them to crisp up but so worth the wait :)

I use Aveda products for everything, I eat healthy (and not so healthy at times...there's the moderation right). I exercise by walking daily and strength train/lift 3 times a week...ladies do NOT be afraid that this will bulk you up; it's quite the opposite...I drink at least 80 oz of water daily, have protein shake daily…

I have the WW digital scale and love it...you can do grams, ounces etc. Has auto shut off, I have had it for 3 years and use it religiously, just changed the batteries for the first time yesterday. :)

It's all about numbers, what you take in versus what you expend. Keep track of EVERYTHING, weigh, measure etc. If you can do this consisently it will give you an idea when you look back at your weight loss/or lack there of, you will see what you are doing right and what you need to change.
