Hi friends, just wanted to share with you my latest yummy dish...Hashbrowns. I use my George Foreman lightly sprayed with cooking spray (Pam Etc) and cook 1 cup of shredded hashbrowns, season with a little Ms.Dash/pepper....they are soooo good, get crisp and only 70 calories, love having them with my eggs in the morning or with a steak at night.

Do buy the already shredded hashrowns from the grocery store or shred your own potatoes?

I did it this morning, and while it did turn out better than in the pan, it still wasn't quite crispy enough for my taste :(

(for what it's worth though I cooked about 1 cup of volume and it was 120 calories, not 70).

Try them in your waffle cooker. I cook tater tots in it and the come out super crispy.

I buy the Walmart (Great Value) and they are 1 cup=70 calories. I does take a bit of time for them to crisp up but so worth the wait :)

They're all 1 cup = 70 calories. Except you can't measure solids accurately by volume. Weigh them...
