Have a long term goal, but don't allow it to be your everyday focus because it will seem overwhelming. Focus on each day as it comes....eat healthier and move more!

I know the feeling! I have a closet full of clothes that I can not fit anymore. I have to rotate a few of the same outfits that I can fit to work every week :( but I refuse to buy new/bigger clothes so that's a good reason why I should lose weight, so I can fit into my clothes again lol

What part of the day going to the gym works for you? I work full time and the evenings just seem unbearable because I'm exhausted after work.

I'm in the same boat as you! I've managed to lose 80 lbs years ago...also managed to gain that 80 lbs back plus more! :( Needless to say, I'm back and wanting to lose 100 lbs.

Thank you! I tend to beat myself up after a bad meal, but I've always heard "One bad meal will not make you fat, just like one healthy meal will not make you skinny, it's all about what you repeatedly do overtime."

I actually do better on the weekends :D I work full time during the week and I'm off on weekends so that gives me more free time to work out/catch up on errands that I've put off until then. I try to work out first thing in the morning for a long time so I can burn more calories than I normally could during the week. While…

My goal is to lose 100 lbs as well! I have to keep reminding myself that I didn't gain all this weight overnight so I shouldn't expect to lose it all overnight either.

I'm 8 weeks postpartum myself. I just started using MFP again about 2 weeks ago and I'm starting to get a hang of it again. Some days I eat healthy and some days I just eat whatever is convenient/quick. You're right, it's a process!

I'm trying to lose 90 lbs! I've lost the weight before but gained it all back.....I guess that's life! My partner isn't motivating/helpful to me either. He likes to get take out ALL the time. My weight has always been a struggle for me. Feel free to add me as well!

I love Halo Top! I like to stay on the lighter calorie options, so my favorites are the Birthday Cake (because I love sprinkles), Sea Salt Caramel (has swirls of caramel inside), and the Vanilla Bean flavor.

Wow, that's dedication there! Good job! :) I'm not a morning person at all, but once a week (on the night I have school in the evening) I will get up at 3:45am and work out before work. I'm not a fan of it but I do what I have to do. Sitting down at work all day makes me very tired when I don't squeeze a work out in.
