Weight Gain After the Weekend
I splurged on my diet this weekend and now the scale says I've gained 12 lbs in 3 days! I find that hard to believe. I ate a little more than I should but I highly doubt I've eaten 12 lbs extra worth of calories over the weekend. I'm very upset. Has anyone else experienced such a high gain within a few days? :/

Counting calories on LCHF diet?
Does anyone else count calories on the LCHF diet? My carbs per day tend to average around 20-35g net per day. I like to log my food in MFP to keep up with my carbs, but sometimes my calories can equal to 2,000 calories or more per day! I do, however, workout 5-6 times a week. Anybody still drinking an energy drink everyday...or is it just me? I know they're bad for you, but I wake up at 4:15AM five days a week to go work out before work and by the afternoon, I need a pick me up. Coffee doesn't seem to work anymore. Thanks! :)
