Hello all, I am back at this MFP thing! My initial weight loss goal was/is 100 lbs. I managed to lose 80 lbs in the past. Unfortunately, I gained 60 lbs back, so now I have 80 lbs to lose before I can reach my goal. I've been on a yo-yo diet for 5 years now so I want to conquer this healthy lifestyle once and for all. I feel having accountability partners would help me a lot. Thanks

The key is consistency, so do your best to establish intense workouts and healthy and sustainable nutritional plan.0 -

I am in a similar situation. I lost 90lbs a few years ago, and it slowly crept back up. Especially within the last 7months from an unexpected passing of a family member. I now have about 50lbs I want to lose, but I want to make sure I do it the healthy way to keep it off. (Build leaner muscle, eat healthier.. Etc..). I'm hoping to find someone who is on a similar path but who is also a little competitive. Add me if you'd like

I lost 36lbs, hit my goal, then gained it all back, and been you young ever since. Been looking for more active friends to help me stay motivated0
