Ok I just jogged for 1.5 miles!! I did 1 mile then walked for about a third of a mile then I jogged for another half mile! It took about 30 minutes altogether cuz I walked for another half mile to finish out two miles. I have not been able to run for more than 2-5 minutes in like 10 years!!

I do log everything I eat and I only get sugar from fruit. I have dramatically changed my diet and eating habits and am logging everything I eat. I feel confident that I've created a calorie deficit. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person who is experiencing this though. I need to start taking measurements!

I can really relate to your story. I will start eating better and exercising and then give up after like two weeks. I've had success before going from 205 to 165 but I had to be very strict with food and exercise every day. That was nearly ten years ago and a couple pregnancies so now I'm about 244 and have been in denial…

I do squats, lunges, planks and push ups (knees on the ground though). I also do rows, bicep curls, etc with 5 lb hand weights. Even if u start with just 1 set of 8 reps, it's a good start!
