Thank you :) i am doing about 20-30 mins high intensity interval training 5 times a week on either the treadmill or cross trainer and about 10- 20 mins of free weights squats and crunches.

Thanks ! :) I do about 20 mins high intensity interval training on the treadmill or cross-trainer 5 times a week and 10-20 mins resistance training, mainly resistance bands for my arms with some free weight work and plenty of squats :) as the rest of me hopefully shrinks I don't want my bum too !:D

I find that measuring is a better tracker on my progress than the scales and taking pictures made me realise the change.. I couldnt tell looking in the mirror, even tthough I new I had lost inches off my waist and hips I couldn't see it untill I took the photo

I read about vitamin e cream I'm 21 at the start of my weightless journey. Lost five pounds this first week. Apparently vitamin e tightens skin can be naught from Superdrug or boots relatively cheap.
