Back for the second time and sticking to it

I've been on this app before and lost a bit of weight but wasn't in the right frame of mind.. I've gained 20 pounds since ( 6 months) so now i am eager to shed the pounds. My goal is to lose 5 stone so I have a long journey ahead.. Feel free to add me and we can share recipes and keep each other motivated :D x

    Totally related to your post heading! I have a strong support group around me & have an overall better mindset as far as eating better & working out this time around. Good luck & feel free to add me!

    Being the weight I am is making me feel so unhappy, I need to walk the walk instead of talk the talk, moaned for months about it :) now it's time to do something about it. I've added you x

    Gonna take a picture in some unflattering clothes tomorrow so I can see the difference in a few months, it's all going to be worth it :D
