I've been on this app before and lost a bit of weight but wasn't in the right frame of mind.. I've gained 20 pounds since ( 6 months) so now i am eager to shed the pounds. My goal is to lose 5 stone so I have a long journey ahead.. Feel free to add me and we can share recipes and keep each other motivated
