I've been mountain biking and switched from all sugary drinks to WATER... The pounds have melted off..I bought myself a 1000 dollar solid mountain bike..and my boyfriend and I have been driving to the hills and going for an hour and a half rides.. When I type that into MFP it takes off 919 calories!!!!!We love doing it…

And Kalikel..I don't want to go experimenting with other medication... I feel great!!and that's more important..I know I can loose if I really put my mind to it..great advice so far I've got buy a food scale and up protein on my to do list :)

Honestly? This may not be the best but a bowl of honey nut cheerios with cut up strawberries..I go mountain biking as a form of excersise and its pretty intense and a bit of sugar and carb keeps me from getting sick after

I do my grocery shopping ONCE every two weeks..I buy all I need and and have a system of what I will make in those two weeks (doesnt have to be too specific) I do not buy crackers, snacky foods or sweets, they are NEVER in my house...if I happen to be craving something, I have to go out and get it. also bringing boiled eggs to work is great. I love yolk and there are lots of nutrition in the yolk so I wouldn't worry about taking the yolk out, sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt and pepper on it when you put it in the container. perfect snack

I make a homemade hummus (lots of good recipes online) spread it on a whole wheat tortilla and add spinach, sweet peppers (the small sweet ones are really good) avocado and feta cheese and make a wrap, you can add chicken but a fresh chicken breast takes an hour to cook so I leave it out for a quick easy meal.
