  • I have never ran in a 10k run but I love that distance. Nice in between distance. I'm hoping to get a couple more half's in this year because I would like to challenge myself with a full marathon.

  • I'm doing the Nike app training program this time. My first one I did Hal Higdons novice 2 also. I am excited for the motivation of an actual run to get me to commit to waking up at 4am! I have been inconsistent in my running so this is just what I needed. My run is last weekend of May 31st!!! Yeeee

  • Thanks all! I lost 20 pounds a couple years ago.... And I couldn't be more excited to start back up and loose an additional 20 pounds. Hardwork and dedication to diet and fitness helped me and I know once I get going again I will be unstoppable.
