I've been doing low carb for 2 months and am almost at a 20 lb loss. I've tried cutting back calories numerous times in the last few years and doing the low carb seems to be working for me better than anything else I've tried through the years. Everyone's body reacts differently so do what works best for you :-)

Add me too. I'm looking to lose another 35 lbs after I hopefully hit a 20 lb loss by the end of next week. Low carb is working out great so far.

Walked 9.75 miles the other day with my daughter while she got those Pokemon. Got me off my butt and not even realizing we walked that much in miles. Having fun and still got a good workout.

So far, the aches and pains I have accumulated over the last few years have subsided a lot since I've started low carb eating 2 months ago. Most likely due to weight loss, but this has been very satisfying to my appetite than any other weight loss attempt I've done through the years.

Thanks everyone! I was concerned it would mess with my metabolism if I'm falling on the low end a lot. I've lost 9lbs in 3 weeks and feeling lots better since I started low carb. Glad I decided to join this group

Thank you so much for your reply. I have tried everything pretty much you can think of. I know someone who had tremendous success doing this and thought I'd try the low carb option. I am amazed on how my cravings have stopped. I'm fulfilled with my daily food choices and hope to see a good healthy weight loss

I just started a 30 day squat challenge today.

Was able to do a 1 mile workout and started a 30 day squat challenge. The big challenge is doing this on a day after work.
