Do basically I could just eat the calories it's giving me and not workout and lose weight.. But if I hit the gym, track my calories with my fitbit and eat part of those back?

I think maybe the fact they're easy to over eat! I guess baked they aren't very bad for you!

Okay I think I can do that! I use a fitbit when I workout so I'll just eat back half of whatever I burn!

Yes! I eat 1 silk non dairy yogurt with 1 Oz walnuts, 2 rice cakes with a 100 cal pack of cashews (two snavks- each gets 1 pack nuts with one rice cake),lunch is a healthy choice steamer meal, and dinner is 2 cups green beans with 4 Oz grilled chicken. I weigh my stuff because I've overestimated in the past.

I am 180lbs, 5'6 and a 27 yo female. I am trying to lose weight as my body fat percentage is %36. I'm taking in about 1200 calories daily(maybe 300 extra on weekends from allowing myself two beers)

Know this is an old thread but I deal with this too. Bathing suit bottoms are the absolute worst!!! If dresses are a flimsy tight fabric it definitely shows!

I bought it and have only done the first week of preworkout so far! I am sweating to death afterwards! But look at the before and after pictures! Kayla knows what she's doing and is in great shape herself!
