Finished week 3 day 3 today outside on the track today. I was finally able to complete all three workouts in a row without needing to stop - hooray! I'm looking forward to (and nervous for) week 4

Just finished week 3 day 2 and it's getting easier, I was able to go faster today. Yay! I'm feeling more confident about moving to week 4 next week

Did week 3 day 1 for the second time as last week was really rough. I ran for the first time on a treadmill and it made such a difference because I was able to keep a steady pace and not go too fast

Week 3 day 3 today. I had to start walking at 2:30 the second 3 minutes which was really discouraging, but at least I'm moving. I think I need to redo week 3

Week 3 day 2 complete! It's still super hard to finish the 3 minutes, but I did it. I wasn't even able to run 1 minute a few weeks ago. Feeling super proud, but I'm hoping it gets easier soon ☺
