  • My advise is to set a lot of little goals in between your bigger goals. It helped keep me motivated over a year and running.

  • I have done the full rotation of Insanity multiple times. The first month is all about learning the moves and getting your fitness up. The second month will kick your butt in ways you didn't know someone could. Don't worry about adding more right now. The second month will rock yog socks off trust me.
