Week 2 of challenge.
Well daily check ins have seemed to go by the way side. Let's try weekly things. Week 2 for me is the usual Insanity Max workouts, p90x shoulders and arms and p90x chest and back. Opinion wanted. Picture post
Warning pictures if a guy in compression shorts only. I want others opinion. I don't see any change after two months of body recomp training. My wife says there is a ton of difference. I only felt comfortable posting here in this select group. First picture was two months ago. Second was two days ago.

I have read a lot of reviews of scales that measure body fat % and thier accuracy is questionable. Hot Drinks with zero calories.
Hay all, I'm looking for new drink ideas and I normally love cold drinks, but since I have lost my weight (55+ lbs) I am cold all the freaking time. So I'm looking for some new idea's for hot drinks that have no calories. I know about tea's and coffee, but I was hoping you guys might have other ideas. Thanks :-D

One Year
Well it has been 1 year since I decided to change my life. I began what I call my fitness journey 2/16/15 and here it is one year later. I did it with out fancy diets or anything.
