I naturally hit between 14-17k steps a day but that's ONLY because I live in queens and my commute to work is walking 2 miles each way, I'm on my feet most of the day and I exercise at least 1/2 hr. I generally don't eat them back as I use them for inaccuracies, and it allows a cushion for my cheat days. If I'm super hungry and have a cushion then I don't feel as guilty either. Sometimes you just need to eat.
