Great challenge. This should be fun. I just read the post so I'll start from last night. I love to challenge myself. Thank you! Me: 0 LNS: 1

You walk in there with your head up, focused on what you went there to accomplish, if anyone looks at you, you look back at them and smile, do you workout, enjoy it and go home! Hi, Katie...welcome...don't be too hard on yourself because you "didn't" gain any weight during or after having you're baby. Stay focused and determined and log everything daily and the weight will come off. Smile as you burn :)

Great job staying with it! I'm sure we all get discouraged every now and then, but stay at it. Keep telling yourself, "I can, I will do this" it does get better the more you do it. Congratulate yourself every time you finish your workout and tell yourself you're worth it! :)

Hi, new to MFP, I work out 4 to 5 days a week but I too need motivation, some days I just don't want to go to the gym or I sabotage my workout eating something I probably shouldn't eat. Anyway, looking for some cool people to help me out. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I was thinking about that last week. I added it to my food group and yes, it does have carbs (Dentyne Pure). I limit myself to no more than 2 pieces a day. I try to workout 4/5 days a week so the calories from the gum really does not hurt me.

thanks for the question and the feedback, this has helped me with rest days. I always feel guilty when it comes to rest. I forget the body has to "recover" I'm new to MFP but I enjoy all of you sharing your experiences and taking the time to give good feedback...thanks again!
