Gum

I chew typically Orbit or Trident, a lot. I find myself with gum in my mouth most of the day. It helps me not eat my entire shift and also helps keep me awake when I am on nights. Is the fact that I chew gum all but continuously going to hurt me in my quest for a smaller healthier me? It is sugar free gum, and only has about 5 calories a stick... But I know 5 adds up real quick...
Has any one else noticed if it hampers or helps?

Hi, I was thinking about that last week. I added it to my food group and yes, it does have carbs (Dentyne Pure). I limit myself to no more than 2 pieces a day. I try to workout 4/5 days a week so the calories from the gum really does not hurt me.0
