ME: 24 LNS:4 Something about Saturday night gets me. I ended up LNS again on Saturday. My issue is I struggle with the lack of routine and I always feel like I deserve some sort of weekend treat or reward. I need to find a non food substitute. I am feeling determined to change my habits and routines.

I am also a mom of two (a five year old girl and a soon to be 8 year old boy). I am also a middle school teacher. Feel free to add me. I can relate to the tiredness or just plain old exhaustion. I am feeling determined to get healthy as I have been about 35 pounds overweight since the birth of my daughter. I would like to…

Me: 22. LNS: 3 I am working on changing my habits. I have been staying out of the kitchen after dinner. Also, avoiding thinking I will have just a few chips.... I know where "a few chips" gets me. Feeling determined to make some positive changes

ME: 19 LNS: 3 Last night LNS won but it was controlled (1/4 cup of roasted unsalted almonds). I am noticing a pattern. LNS is more difficult for me to control on the weekends. I think it has something to do with not having the same structure as my work week. Feeling determined to change my habits.....

Me: 16 LNS: 2 I am feeling very determined (which is rare) but I am going to stick with this. I am so tired of not being able to fit into my work pants..... I am reminding myself that it is only food and it will be there in the morning.

I have the same issue. I got all the junk out of the house and stocked up on tea, flavored zero calorie seltzer, and fruit. I also decided not to eat after dinner anymore and to space out my calories during the day. I am also avoiding all or nothing thinking such as - I ate one cookie so I might as well eat them all.

ME: 8 LNS: 0 LNS is my biggest barrier to weight loss. I am feeling determined to give up this bad habit. I have been telling myself "the kitchen is closed" after dinner. The biggest challenge has been finding other ways to relieve stres.
