I said no to pastries at lunch, soda, and chips. I said yes to a walk and I drank water all day.

I am 39 and needs to lose 30 pounds. Work, raising kids, and having a family have really taken over my priorities. I am focusing on losing the weight before I turn 40 in July. I need to get healthy.

Me too! I had a few days of not so great food choices and not tracking my calories. I have decided to re-commit myself to tracking (counting calories) and making better choices. Glad you are back!

I am a teacher and my classroom is a trailer far away from any restroom. I drink water in the morning, at lunch, and I keep a water bottle in my car for the drive home. I love this challenge because LNS gets in my way of success. Me: 2. LNS: 0 I keep reminding myself that the kitchen is closed for the evening. I am not hungry just bored and tired.

I am a teacher and they were taking pictures of teachers to post around the school to show off some of the good lessons we were teaching. I didn't recognize myself in the pictures because I had gained around 40 pounds since I hit my 30's and had two kids. I walked by the picture and just realized enough is enough.
