  • I like not logging exercise. If I do then I think I can eat a whole mess more. Better to just stick with a sensible calorie goal for the day and get a higher deficit by working out. Though some work out days it gets hard not to eat a little more :-P
  • I gained a mess of weight after college in the professional world and growing my family. So hard to lead a non-sedentary life with a desk job. My heaviest was 312. At 277 now and shooting for 230. Maybe 240 if the bod looks healthy enough :-)
  • I used to use Lose It! But mfp has a much nicer interface. And the community and friends aspects are nice :-)
