I would love to be that fast. You have inspired me to work on my running this summer. I've lost 50+ pounds but still feel like a very slow runner. I'm going to time myself doing a mile run next week and then work on improving my time.

I'm smaller than I've ever been in my life, well lighter than I was since age 11. It's strange mentally - I'm used to being big and strong. Now I'm strong but small. I didn't even realize that I was that big until I to my current weight.

Down. My first goal was a normal BMI. I had to lose 50 pounds to get there. Hit that goal and set another goal, to lose another 12 pounds. Then I'll reevaluate.

I am amazed by my ribs. Since I've been overweight/obese my whole life, I wasn't familiar with my ribs. Now (at a normal BMI) I see my rib cage in the front and feel my ribs all the way around my back. I find myself touching my ribs a lot! And I still love seeing my collarbones!

You can add me. I'm working on losing 10-12 more pounds and I know that it will be slow. I have to be patient and know that if I'm hitting my calorie goals the scale will move eventually. It can be frustrating / discouraging to be working so hard and not seeing the scale move!
