I'm 5'6 and 155. I'd like to lose another 15 pounds. My goal is 0.5 pounds /week.

Love your challenges. I joined.

Still working to get into the 140s. Goal is to get there in January.

What I wore today : Size 8 jeans and a size medium top from J Crew.

Great job!

I found that once I hit my goal I still had more weight to lose. So I am working on losing another 7 pounds. I also have been reading on this forums that your body continues to change overtime, especially for things like skin tightening. You have lost a lot of weight so celebrate and be proud! And like others advised,…

I'm a brand new Fitbit user. I synced my Fitbit to MFP. I have manually entered my calorie goal into MFP and I don't want the calorie adjustments. I'm set at sedentary. If I change my activity level will that then add less Fitbit exercise calories? I'm at my own entered goal because I'm using my data and am slowly…

I took a Buti yoga class yesterday. The instructor wanted me up front so I could see her since I was new. The class was great and something I couldn't have done confidently before.

For me, I'm seeing body changes faster now even though I'm losing slowly. Pants I wore just a couple of weeks ago were noticeably very baggy yesterday.

That's me, I'm down 50 pounds and am working to get into the 140s. I'm not in a rush, but really do want to get there!

I'm going to try not logging once I reach my next mini goal weight which will be my start of maintenance. But, I will weigh everyday and if my weight starts to trend up I will go back to logging. I don't mind logging, but I'd like to be able to maintain without logging.

I have the same goal! To get into the 140s. 5 pounds to go. And I'm recently at a normal BMI for the first time, too! Great job!
-
I'm 5'6.
-
That's my next goal, too. But I'm 5 pounds away.

Can't find my earlier post to update. I'm trending right at my goal of 155, now regularly weighing 153/154. Now to try and break into the 140s. I never thought I would weigh in the 140s! Ever!

I recently hit my goal weight (155, normal BMI) . But, I've decided to lose another 7 pounds (148). I'm losing slowly, not in a hurry. Once I get into the 140s, I'm going to try not logging and see if I can maintain.

I was very surprised that my body fat scale very closely matched my dexa scan. It was not a happy surprise because I learned the high body fat of my scale was actually correct!
-
I hit my 155 goal so now I'm aiming for the 140s.

I've never been a normal weight by BMI so that was my first goal. I've reached that goal and see I have more to lose so I've a set a goal to lose another 7 pounds, to get to 148. I'm 5'6. It's hard to figure out where to set my goal because I'm now lighter than I was as a kid. I always thought I had a large frame with a…

Great! I've been doing the same thing. I have a lot to get rid of. Some I'm sad to see go because they are clothes I really love. Trying on clothes and finding them way too big makes me better see how much smaller I am now.
-
Hit my goal of 155. 50 pounds lost. First time ever I've been a normal BMI, that's why I picked 155. I see I have more to lose so my new goal is 148.
-
Just checking in. Have you been to the gym this week?
-
Almost to a normal BMI, 2 pounds to go. I'm down 48 since starting MFP. That was my original ultimate goal, but once I get there I'm going to go for another 8 pounds.
-
Great job! I'm 2 pounds from a normal BMI. It is so exciting. I've never been a normal BMI, not even as a kid.

I've been going through something very difficult the last two months. Self care is important and part of that for me is sticking with my eating plan and goals. Most days I feel sad, but I'm proud and happy to be sticking with MFP. I'm also talking with someone. All of you had great suggestions for seeing1111.

I'm at 157.2 My mini goal is 155 which is also the goal set when I joined MFP. I can't believe I only have 2 pounds more to lose!
-
I'm at 157.2 today. My goal is under 155 by the end of October.

I started on Mfp in Feb 2015. Close to 50 pounds down, a few more to go.
