I like to make chips out of Ezekiel tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles, spritz with olive oil cooking spray, sprinkle with salt (or desired seasoning) and bake on a foil lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees until crispy. 8 chips (one tortilla) has 150 calories, but they're high in fiber and other goodies so I allow…

If you're going to follow SL5x5, then follow it to the "T" which means onlys strength training the 3 days a week. Do as much cardio as you can recover from. It's not a bad idea to give yourself a day or two to do nothing except maybe stretch or do some Yoga; remember that weight-loss comes largely from your nutrition.…

Back to the OT...I would like to try the 5x5 program (I just finished an hour or so of online reading). Those of you who follow this method who need to lose weight...do you add cardio after the 3 5x5's? Do you only strength train the 3 days a week, and do cardio 7 days a week? Beginners help, please :)

I have used the all frozen plan with much success (the frozen foods are delicious, the shelf foods are nasty.) Yes, it's expensive, but I can afford it. I LOVE my Victoria's Secret Knockout bra. It has a double front closure (first a clasped bra, then a zipped panel over it). 34DDD and I can run miles. I absolutely cannot pull a solid piece bra over my head (chest). They have matching yoga pants, as well. HTH
